- mount VM on Windows system
- Use Regedit and open VM reg with load Hive option.
- Use p2v as temp hive main and open hive.
- Under p2v and under folder "drive letter:\windows\system32\config\system" look for services
- Change intelide and change start = 0
- Change atapiand change start = 0
- Change pciide change start = 0
- Save them. Dismount the VM. And retry the VM boot in Hyper-V again
